Curious Mind, Empathetic Heart, Always in Constant Development
I’m a not-yet-famous stand-up comedian who is a dual master's student in UX Research & Design and Business Administration at the University of Michigan: School of Information, and Ross School of Business.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with two minors in Applied Psychology and Asian American Studies. After that, I worked with various customers, managers, and operations teams to embark on my journey into UX and now business.
I collaborate across teams to turn complex systems into clear, user-friendly solutions, leveraging my ethnographic mindset to stay grounded and empathetic. As digital media becomes overwhelming, I believe clarity is essential, especially for users with cognitive, learning, or productivity differences.
My Values
🫡Listen to your stakeholders
Workers, friends, and families could be your greatest source of understanding how you can grow further.
🧐Think outside the box
I found it a lot more helpful when collaborating to let others think about the common issues/attributes, while I think about the things most people would not capture.
💪Keep up the Drive, Keep Down the Time, Never Lose Yourself
My own personal quote. If you never lose the commitment to doing things you love, then you will get better at it over time, but never overwork yourself, or it could regress your overall progress.
